Description

How it works:
Put lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers or fruit into the bowl.
Close the slotted lid so it clamps the food firmly in place.
Run a knife down through the slots to cut everything at once.
Turn the bowl and cut again for smaller pieces.
Open it, drain the water through the slots, and serve.
The two-piece design holds the vegetables in place while you cut, so your fingers stay away from the blade. The slots double as a strainer for washing and draining, which saves you an extra colander.
